YOGA

I remember my first yoga lesson years ago... My teacher Manuela showed me the postures I should have realised by the end of the lesson...and I was like "well, no. I won't never be able to do this..."

In Yoga, nothing is possible impossible...

It'd be fun to do this now but I am positively realistic..
