THE TRIP

With Michele and friends of ours, I have spent an oxygenic day to Gromo Spiazzi, 1200 mt in the Orobic mountains!!!
Vivid green vegetation, a marvelous wide and dense pinewood on the edge of which I've found well preserved old houses and one of the best preserved village with its medieval castle.

We also ate exceptional local food 

old public washtub ( it smelled the savon de Marseille..) and cattle shed  

In my element !
